I like to move it move it..

Who doesn't love to exercise and watch what they eat?! I know *I* do! Riiight....

I hate it. I hate to exercise and sweat. I hate not eating whatever the heck I want. I'm in denial. I understand the substantial health benefits from both, but nooooo..I don't want to walk on the treadmill!

I wanted to share a website I use to help monitor and motivate me to "be good" It's free to join and it will calculate how many calories/fat/carbs and whatever else you'd like in order to maintain or lose weight. Throughout the day, as you eat or exercise, you enter in your information. They have a HUGE database of foods. Everything from exotic foods to restaurant menus. Being Type 1 Diabetic and a carb counter, I can totally appreciate this. And you can print some pretty neat reports of your progress to boot!
